To The 2012-2013 School Year!!

This looks to be a great year!!!!

Hope this summer finds you all healthy and active.  Just wanted send you all some fall 2012 cross country information.

The team is for any 1st-5th grade student.
Practices will begin Monday, August 20th 2:30-3:45 every M-T-Th.
Don’t forget, sports physicals must be done in order to participate.
The cost will be $70 (includes meet entry fees, awards, pictures, running shirt and end of season celebration).
And don’t forget, mid-July will be the time to begin some type of outside training to help the runners prepare for the August heat.
